Qualified applicants must possess the following:

  • All positions require a valid Iowa driver’s license
  • Most positions require the ability to obtain a chauffeur’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Dependability
  • Positive attitude

All applicants must pass an extensive background check including a criminal history check and checks of the sex offender, dependent adult, and child abuse registries. All applicants must possess a good driving record, a working vehicle, and auto insurance.
