Program Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic professional to join our team as a Program Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with disabilities in accessing the services they need to achieve greater independence, community integration, and overall life fulfillment. This position requires either a 2-year degree or at least 2 years of experience in the disability services field.

Major Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with disabilities in developing and implementing their Individual Support Plans.
  • Facilitate meetings and collaborate with both internal and external team members to ensure support needs are identified and addressed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support service delivery and funding requirements.
  • Advocate for individuals to secure and maintain appropriate services and funding.
  • Promote personal growth, independence, and community engagement.


1 FT position available – 36 hrs/wk

Schedule: Mon – Fri day hours, with on-call every 6 weeks. 
$22/hr
