Qualified applicants must possess the following:
- Most positions require a valid Iowa driver’s license
- Most positions require the ability to obtain a chauffeur’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude
All applicants must pass an extensive background check including a criminal history check and checks of the sex offender, dependent adult, and child abuse registries. All applicants must possess a good driving record, a working vehicle, and auto insurance.
