The Host Home Coordinator will lead the initial development and implementation of COC’s community-based Host Home program. They will provide ongoing oversight of the program, including facilitating contracts with Independent Contractors to provide SCL services and providing administrative oversight and guidance to ensure compliance with HCBS regulations.
This position will serve our Pella and Indianola regions, and the home office can be located at either location.
- FT status @ 40+ hours per week. Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p with some meetings, presentations, and visits outside of those hours. On call rotation.
- Annual salary $50,000+ (based on education and experience)
