Office Coordinator

An Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact, manages daily office operations, greets visitors and provides excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include answering phones; providing administrative support; ordering supplies; maintaining security protocols; ensuring efficient workflows and helping with various projects to keep the office running smoothly.

1 FT position available – 40 hrs/wk
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30/8a – 4/4:30p.
$16 – $18/hr
