Indianola Health Services Coordinator

• 1 FT position (40 hrs/wk)
• 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. typically
• May be required to assist with urgent health care needs outside of stated hours
• The main purpose of the HSC is to coordinate health services for adults with developmental disabilities with an emphasis on wellness. Many of the people supported in the Intermediate Care Facility/Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/ID) program have co-existing physical, medical, and/or mental health conditions.
• RN license required
• $ 23.29/hour
