• Responsible to complete the exercises as directed by the physical therapist
• Weekends include living skills advisor duties; direct support, active treatment and tasks as need to maintain the home
• Excellent documentation and communication skills required

• 1 PT position (30 hours/week) Eligible for Health and Dental Insurance!
• Schedule: Wk 1: Sun 7a-3p and Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri 9:30a-3p. Wk 2: Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs 9:30a-3p and Sat 7a-3p.
• $15/hr
