Seeking an experienced leader with specific experience in providing community-based employment supports for people with disabilities, including building positive relationships with area businesses. Main responsibilities include supervision of vocational programs through the COC service area (Mahaska, Marion, Warren, Polk and Dallas counties).  Starting salary range: $52,000 – $55,000.  Benefits include health insurance, generous PTO, life insurance, STD-LTD insurance.

Bachelor’s Degree in business, human services, or related field is required.
