The main purpose of the HSC is to coordinate health services for adults with developmental disabilities with an emphasis on wellness. Many of the people supported in the Intermediate Care Facility/Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/ID) program have co-existing physical, medical, and/or mental health conditions.
- RN license required
- $25.93/hr
- 25-28 hours per week. Mon-Fri and on call every other weekend and 2 nights per week.
- RN or LPN license required
- $25.93/hr for RN and $20.42/hr for LPN
- 18 hours per week. 2 week days with one of those days being on-call. Also on-call every other weekend
